Tomorrow, I have arranged for some of my narrative shots to be filmed. This will include shots of my male and female actors in the fields and hopefully the flashback with the younger characters. Luke, Emily and Charlotte are all definite and I'm hoping Charlotte will have persuaded one of her friends to be the younger male. The day will hopefully include:
- Walking & running shots of male and female in the fields.
(Range of different shots: extreme long, long, mid, close up etc according to storyboard)
- Flashback of younger characters
(POV shot from males perspective or long/mid shot of them together)
- Younger male sending a message in a bottle
(long shot, close up)
- Tracking as bottle floats away
(long shot)
- Pan back to older male in place of younger character
(long shot)
- Female finding message in a bottle and reading the message
(long shot, mid shot, extreme close up)
- Male & female miming shots
(Close ups, to the music)
- Time lapse with two older characters
(extreme long shot)
However, if on the day there is no younger male that can make it, I will miss out both the males message in a bottle shots and find a day both the males are free to film this.
